Step 1

Get naked, and get in the shower. Once your skin is wet, cover your body in my Original Coffee Scrub. Scrub in circular motions for a few minutes, from top to toe. Focus on areas that want extra attention by scrubbing them for longer: scars, stretch marks, breakouts or cellulite. Rinse off, towel off.

Step 2

Apply a generous layer of Firming Body Cream with a few drops of Booty Drops all over the body. Massage into the skin in circular motions, focusing on areas that need extra attention.

Step 3

Take my Body Sculpting Tool, making sure the skin has a bit of slip from the Booty Drops. Glide the tool over the skin in upward strokes with light to medium pressure, repeating for a few minutes on each section of the body.
