- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
All US orders are fulfilled and shipped from Tennessee, United States.

Risk of Loss
Title to products passes to you upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If you provide delivery instructions (including authority to leave), you acknowledge that parcels may be left unattended. frank body is not responsible for loss or theft once delivery has been completed in accordance with those instructions.

Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We may not be able to amend delivery details once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
