WHAT CAUSES BODY ACNE & KP?

Body breakouts and bumps happen when pores get blocked with oil, dead skin cells, or keratin buildup.

Acne often shows up on the back, chest, and bum because these areas have more oil glands. KP (aka “chicken skin”) appears as small bumps on the arms, thighs, or bum when keratin builds up and plugs hair follicles.

The good news? Both are common, harmless, and very treatable with the right routine.

1. Exfoliate regularly

Ingredients like glycolic acid, lactic acid, and salicylic acid help remove dead skin and unclog pores.

  • Glycolic & Lactic Acids
    A dynamic duo of Alpha Hydroxy Acids (aka AHAs) that gobble up the top layer of skin cells, including impurities, pollution, and congestion that gather there. Revealing: bright, clear skin.
  • Witch Hazel
    A natural antiseptic that banishes bacteria, while soothing redness and inflammation. A good witch that also tightens pores and helps put a stop to spots.
  • Niacinamide
    There’s nothing ordinary about this active ingredient. It balances skin, helps prevent premature signs of ageing, and helps reduce your acne. I call it my show-stopper and pimple-blocker.
